GEN Bangladesh, in support of the Bangladesh Skill Development Institute (BSDI), applauds this initiative that empowers youth to explore career opportunities in the dynamic hospitality and tourism sector. The program offers a unique combination of practical training, internship exposure, and professional guidance, enabling participants to develop essential skills for hotel management, customer service, and tourism operations.
Beyond career preparation, the initiative fosters an entrepreneurial mindset by encouraging participants to explore innovative business ideas within the hospitality and tourism space. With GEN Bangladesh’s support, this program aims to produce skilled professionals who are ready to excel in the workforce, launch their own ventures, and contribute to the growth of Bangladesh’s thriving hospitality ecosystem.
