Strategic Leadership Session
A special "Strategic Leadership Session" was organized by Daffodil Unified Polytechnics, bringing together five polytechnics from the Daffodil Group. The session featured visionary guidance on institutional development, future-oriented education, and the implementation of skill-based activities. A key presentation was delivered covering 'Vision 2030', institutional achievements, strategic plans, and future challenges. Principals, faculty members, and administrative officials from Daffodil Polytechnic Institute, Daffodil Technical Institute, Daffodil Institute of IT (Chittagong), Daffodil Institute of Engineering and Technology, and Bangladesh Skill Development Institute (Chandpur) were present. They shared experiences and provided effective advice on enhancing educational quality, implementing strategic plans, and meeting the future challenges of Daffodil Unified Polytechnics.
