Gas Leakage and Fire Protection System Featured at Global Entrepreneurship Week 2024
During Global Entrepreneurship Week 2024, the Electrical Department at Daffodil Polytechnic Institute will organize special mentoring sessions to help students enhance and refine their projects. These one-on-one sessions will offer expert advice on project development, from idea generation to technical execution.
One of the standout projects is the Gas Leakage and Fire Protection System, led by 6th-semester student Mahmudul Hasan Fahim. This project aims to provide a safety solution for homes and industries by detecting gas leaks and potential fire hazards. The system integrates sensors to detect gas leakage and automatically triggers alarms or activates safety measures like turning off the gas supply, preventing possible accidents. This project addresses critical safety concerns and offers an innovative approach to risk management in everyday environments.
