Multi-Functional Apps Featured in Global Entrepreneurship Week 2024 Mentoring Sessions

As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2024, the CSE Department at Daffodil Institute of Engineering Technology is organizing special mentoring sessions for students, offering expert advice and guidance to help them develop and enhance their projects. These one-on-one sessions will allow students to refine their ideas and receive support on various aspects of project development.

A standout project from the department is a suite of applications led by 2nd-semester student Md. Samiul Karim, along with team members Arfan Hossain and Anan Rahman. Their project, under the Innovation and Research category, includes four distinct apps:

Flappy Bird – A simple yet addictive mobile game where players navigate a bird through pipes, designed for entertainment and skill development.
Video Downloader – Allows users to save online videos for offline viewing, making content accessible anytime, anywhere.
Calculator – A basic app for performing standard mathematical operations, providing quick calculations on the go.
PDF to Audiobook – Converts PDF files into spoken audio, offering an easy way to consume reading materials while multitasking.
These applications showcase a range of practical tools that enhance user convenience, entertainment, and productivity.
