Special Mentoring Session on Student Projects at Global Entrepreneurship Week 2024

As part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week 2024, the Electrical Technology Department at Daffodil Institute of Engineering Technology is organizing a one-on-one mentoring session for student projects. This initiative is aimed at helping students, especially those working on innovative ideas, to enhance their project development skills. The session will cover key topics like how to generate project ideas, troubleshoot challenges, and refine their work.

Among the projects showcased is a Transformer Protection System, led by 2nd-semester student Md. Abdulla Al Fahad Biswas, with team members Sajjad Ali and Md. Noyon Islam. The project, under the category of safety, focuses on enhancing transformer health by detecting faults such as overcurrent, overheating, or short circuits. The system automatically isolates faulty components to prevent further damage, ensuring long-term reliability and safety for electrical systems.
