The Women's Bakery is a social enterprise that seeks to empower women through education and business. We exist to advance women's autonomy, improve community nutrition, and generate socio-economic opportunity for an entire household. At the Women's Bakery in Remera, eight entrepreneurial women run a bakery that provides highly nutritious, locally sourced bread products to the entire surrounding community and beyond.
