Lorena Bondoc has 16 years of work experience in the corporate industry, followed by 13 years as a business owner/entrepreneur. She has also served as the head of the Human Resources Department for 5 years and has advised BSHM and BSBA students in their thesis and research. Additionally, she acts as an internal consultant for the school regarding budget, bookkeeping, and the formulation of policies and procedures. She conducts training and seminars, both internally and externally, and has 5 years of experience in handling disciplinary matters and labor law issues, in coordination with the school's legal consultant. She is also a certified management consultant, has an MBA degree, and is currently a PhD candidate with a major in strategic management.
