About Janet

Janet Lewis is a Certified Change Management Professional.

She holds certification from both the ACMP and Prosci institute. Janet is the author of the forthcoming book “Lost and Found”.

Her practice domain spans the areas of Sales, Coaching, Customer Service, People, Process and Change Management. She is the owner and president of Dunamus Organizational Change Management Inc., where the focus is on managing the people side of change.

Rogers Communications, Diabsolut Inc., Metrolinx, PwC Canada, City of Toronto and KPMG Canada are among the entities that Janet has helped with People Management, Process and People Change Management, Organizational Readiness, Organizational Change Management, Customer Care, Quality, Coaching and Training Support.


After 20 years in the corporate environment she said yes, to entrepreneurship.

She can contribute over 15 years of hands on experience applying a full suite of Change Management interventions from Awareness to Adoption- at all levels of the change cycle.

Janet is a fun energetic and determined individual who believes she is being called to be a community builder and a destiny enabler.

Ms. Lewis volunteers and donates her time to non-profit organizations and initiatives; she also donates financially to other charitable organizations. When not at work, Janet spends her time learning, networking, helping others and fulfilling her duties as president of Black Unity.

She a holds a Certificate in Legal Secretary from Success Business College and a Diploma in Court and Tribunal studies from Humber College of Arts and Technology.

Janet hails from Jamaica.
