RJDLT and GEN CHAD have launched the preparation of the 10th edition of Global Entrepreneurship Week, to be held from 16 to 22 November 2026, while celebrating its 11th anniversary.
The preparation phase for the 10th edition of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2026 was officially launched in a friendly and festive atmosphere. The ceremony was combined with the celebration of 11 years of the NGO RJDLT. After a decade of commitment to the event and eleven years of action for young people, the gathering marked the start of a new collective adventure. The week itself will take place from 16 to 22 November 2026.
An Edition Built Around Creation
This year's theme is "The World Needs What You Build." The edition aims to bring together young incubators, entrepreneurs, startups, institutions, partners and ecosystem stakeholders around a shared goal: building a more inclusive, dynamic entrepreneurial environment that supports the emergence of new initiatives.
The ambition is to make entrepreneurship a lever for opportunity, innovation, wealth creation and social transformation in Chad.
A Nationwide Rollout
The organizers plan to carry this momentum across all 23 provinces and 124 cities of Chad. The goal is to bring opportunities closer to talent, connect energies, promote local initiatives and build bridges between the people who will shape tomorrow's economy.
A Panel to Exchange Ideas and Share Experiences
During the Istiraha held for the launch, RJDLT brought together a panel around the theme of the edition. Three figures committed to promoting entrepreneurship and empowerment took part:
Salma Mahamat Saleh, founder of SAVE INTERNATIONAL;
Irène Fouyabe, founder of Women Success;
Djalal Moumine, Director of the Maison des Entrepreneurs de Moursal.
Drawing on their own journeys, the panelists shared reflections on entrepreneurial boldness, innovation, perseverance and the opportunities available to young project leaders. They reminded the audience that entrepreneurship is not limited to starting businesses: it is also a powerful tool for creating wealth, promoting employment and transforming society.
A Conviction: Every Idea Deserves a Chance
For RJDLT, every idea deserves a chance, every talent deserves space to express itself, and every entrepreneur deserves an ecosystem that helps them grow. Through this 10th edition, the NGO continues its commitment to connecting stakeholders, promoting initiatives and encouraging a new generation of entrepreneurs able to meet the challenges of our time.
The world needs what you build. So does Chad! 🇹🇩
