Conferências do Centro - Sustentabilidade, já!
On 12th October the Business platform of Alvaiázere+, gave rise to the 5th edition of the Conferências do Centro with the theme "Sustainability, now!", where guests debated Sustainability and Innovation as key themes in terms of economic development, understanding on the other hand the inherent challenges regarding the environmental, economic, social and health perspectives.
At the opening of the session, João Paulo Guerreiro - Presidente da Câmara Municipal de Alvaiázere and Luís Matos Martins - CEO ofTerritórios Criativos, set the tone for the beginning of the conference, reinforcing the importance of sustainability for the sustainable development of territories.
The panel of speakers included Maria João Vaz - Sustainability Director at Mazars in Portugal, Horácio Pina Prata - President of Novotecna, Sofia Catarino - Business Development Manager & Co-Founder at Pegada Verde, Catarina Marques - Chief of Staff and Sustainability Manager at Lusíadas Saúde and Ana Marques - Public Sector Digitization Coordinator at Portugal Digital.
