Sales for Non-Salespeople

The purpose of this course is to provide knowledge about sales and sales efforts that make it both fun and easier to collaborate with customers. The goal is to introduce simple, practical tools that can help increase sales.

Who is this course for?
This course is designed for anyone who interacts with customers in any way — whether you work in customer service, back office, order handling, as a junior salesperson, or sales assistant. Your contact with customers may be over the phone, in a showroom, at trade fairs, or simply when customers visit or call the company.
