Rodolfo E. Aguilar, Jr. has gained more than 20 years of professional experience in various fields, including Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, and Business Management. Additionally, he holds several noteworthy certifications, such as the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP®) issued by the International Federation of Professional Managers and the Certified Management Consultant (CMC®) by the Institute of Management Consultants.

Currently, he serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of GDE Integrated HR Management Solutions, Inc. Furthermore, he has earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration, indicating a high level of education and knowledge. Moreover, he is also actively involved in facilitating and training others in leadership development programs, trainers development, team building workshops, work attitude and enhancement, and other areas related to HR management.
