A workshop that pays more attention towards the importance of entrepreneurial skills for HE. The workshop is under the Patronage of the Libyan Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the President of Libya Open University> Both Deputy Ministers from Ministry of Education and Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education are attending the event.
