Entrepreneurship Contest "The Best Pêra Rocha Sweet" aims to stimulate innovation and the entrepreneurial spirit of the local people of Mafra. The challenge is to create a sweet by using the local ingredient "Pêra Rocha" (pear of this region) and to stimulate local pastries to start producing sweets with local products of high quality.
