Future of Work

The way the work is done in the world is constantly changing. While some jobs will remain open, others will close, and almost all will change. The last year has greatly accelerated job digitalization trends and made organizations agile and rethink and restructure their jobs. That is why we are organizing this event, which considers three perspectives on the future of work and jobs.

"Future of work" will have three panel discussions on the question "What are the future professions and careers that are currently lacking in the labor market" which will be analyzed by three stakeholders: Academy - Universities, Informal Academies and Training Centers and Entrepreneurship in Companies, with recommendations on how to build capacity for entrepreneurs in Northern Macedonia.
