GEN Founders Academy: Global AI Impact Accelerator

In recognition of Global Entrepreneurship Week, GEN is conducting three GEN Founder Academy: Global AI Impact Accelerator sessions for startups and small businesses in Germany, South Africa and the United Kingdom. Powered by PayPal and conducted in partnership with Google, these interactive learning experiences are designed to help founders and business owners learn how to leverage and experiment with artificial intelligence tools to accelerate growth and revenue.

Building on GEN's global commitment to inclusive innovation, this academy bridges inspiration and action helping founders translate AI trends into practical, accessible business applications in marketing, operations, and customer engagement.

The goal of the sessions is to equip entrepreneurs and SME leaders with the knowledge and hands-on experience to:

• Integrate AI tools to improve revenue and efficiency
• Automate operations and strengthen decision-making
• Personalize customer experiences and marketing strategies
• Experiment with AI safely and responsibly to enhance business growth
