Session on "Leadership: Your Journey From Product Manager to Company CEO!"

The Product Manager is recognized as a mini-CEO, also known as CEO of the product and migrating to company CEO should come naturally as a normal evolution. Similarly, start-up Founders typically build their companies around their first product and therefore, play a de facto role as Product Manager before growing into the CEO role, unless they step aside for an experienced CEO or take an early exit. 

During this interactive and fun filled session, we will answer together key questions on how the role of Product Manager is a favourable training ground for future great CEOs, including the following questions:

1) What is your experience of Product Managers who were true “CEOs of the Product” and became company-wide CEOs? What can we learn from them?

2) What is your experience of Founders who transitioned as Product Managers and evolved all the way to the top as great CEOs? What can we learn from them? 

3) How can Product Managers and Founders alike rise to the top in an easier, smoother and faster manner? [Hint: what key insights and tips from leading edge science can they readily apply]
