Recognize teams selected for the SLTC Ventures incubation program.

SLTC Research University launched a series of activities aimed at promoting entrepreneurship among the university community and the Seethawaka region at an event held on the 15th of November, celebrating Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2022. The event, organized by The Centre for Entrepreneurship Development of the SLTC Research University saw the beginning of several initiatives which were carried out in collaboration with the Seethawaka Local Government and the Information and Communication Technology Agency (ICTA); the hosts of GEW for Sri Lanka. Present at the event was Dr Suren Raghawan, Hon. State Minister of Higher Education and representatives from the industry and local bodies. Initiatives launched at the event included the issuing of incubation offer letters to 30 teams who had applied to SLTC Ventures; a program for promoting start-ups in the region, establishing the University Student Enterprise as an association registered under the companies act,
