3. Guest speaker  A – Farrukh Hamraliev, Advisor to the President, Alimardonov, Shirinov (head of National Bank fo Tajikistan)  
4. Guest speaker B – IFC Director
5. Guest Speaker C – IMON international (Woman)

10:45 – 11:15 $100 bill presentation by the U.S. Embassy
