An Intro to Shopify is designed to showcase the different features and aspects of the Shopify Platform as well as give insights into the future of eCommerce. This includes the use of technology to help sell products online, using VR (virtual reality) technology.

Attendees will get an idea of what the Shopify platform is capable of, how it began and the pros and cons to see if it is the right fit for their business. This applies to both service based businesses, brick and mortar locations as well as online product-based businesses.

Melissa is an eCommerce specialist with a focus on the Shopify platform. As a former Shopify employee, she has a distinct understanding and knowledge of the platform, the company and the merchants who succeed using the Canadian-based technology. She works primarily with handmade makers, people who build their products, artisans and small business owners.
