Introduction to design thinking approach for social entrepreneurs

Participants in this workshop will learn the principles of design thinking with a focus on entrepreneurship as a powerful tool for doing good in the world. Design thinking is a human-centered approach on the creativity and innovation of people, companies and organizations, which connects the needs of society as prerequisites for successful business. Through an interactive presentation, reflection on social enterprises and local stories from the RISE program, workshop participants will understand the entrepreneurial mindset and how it can initiate social change.
