In this classroom event we discuss the fact that one of the first touchpoints connecting prospective customers and entrepreneurs is the website.... A website is much more than an online brochure; it is a marketing and sales engine that requires an excellent Customer Experience (CX) to convert prospects into leads into customers. By designing a great customer experience into your website, your website becomes your most important salesperson. After discussing Customer Experierence & Customer Journey frameworks, participants move from theory to application and use a website builder to construct a prototype website with Customer Experience (CX) in mind.
