Known as the World’s First “real” Robotic Psychiatrist ®, Joanne Pransky has been working as a Robotics Industry Ambassador. For the last three decades, she has tracked the robot evolution and studied the human-robot relationship. She has worked as the U.S. Associate Editor for Esmeral Press, publisher of Industrial Robot Journal and cofounded the Wiley’s International Journal of Medical Robotics and Computer Assisted Surgery and has shared her knowledge about the human-robot interaction internationally.
