It was a day filled with pride and joy as the ladies received their certificates after graduating from ITS TYME program at the Lutheran centre in Kisumu. These ladies were proud of their achievement, especially the milestones they have taken towards improving the quality of their lives and those of their families. The ladies started the program in 2014 as part of the SUCAM program which deals with gender equality and reproductive health. The ladies took part in the program and decided to start a business in selling omena to the community around them. The ladies have received their funds towards actualizing their business and we wish them all the best as they play their part towards improving the quality of lives of our fellow citizens.
