Innovate.Collaborate.Thrive; The Youth Tech Cooperative Masterclass
A dynamic session bringing together young innovators,tech enthusiasts and cooperative leaders to explore Fourth Industrial Revolution(4IR) innovations can power youth driven cooperatives in Lesotho. The Masterclass will also serve as a platform to discuss the formation of Lesotho’s first Youth Tech Cooperative, bringing together the innovation ecosystem under a unified, collaborative model that promotes job creation, digital inclusion, and entrepreneurship.Participants will gain practical insights into:
- The potential of 4IR technologies to transform Lesotho’s innovation and startup ecosystem.
- How youth-led startups can organize and scale through cooperative models.
- Opportunities for collaboration, funding, and mentorship in the digital economy.
- Building resilient, tech-enabled cooperatives for sustainable impact.
The session will culminate in a co-creation exercise to develop the roadmap for establishing Lesotho’s first Youth Tech Cooperative, setting the stage for inclusive innovation and entrepreneurship.
