Logistics and Distribution for Startups

We’re in an era when designers and inventors create and launch hundreds of new and exciting products each year. We see these presented on design collaboration sites like Behence and Crow funding sites like Kickstarter. We see the growth potential.

We pin these cool products to our Pinterest accounts, watch them grow in social media popularity, and even watch some of them make the cover of Tech Crunch. Growth products are sometimes home grown here in Canada, but more often have international origins – designed and invented in other cities and other start-up eco systems.

How can we get into the game instead of just watching it pass us by?

In this presentation, John D. Meharg will introduce you to the power of licensing your products and owning the licensing rights of international products. You’ll be exposed to the profit potential of exporting Canadian startup products and services, and how we can import the best new innovations from around the world into Canada.

John is the visionary behind the newly launching Start-up International Trade Hub, which identifies key products and licensing opportunities, located south of Ottawa at the Innovation Centre Ontario Campus at the former Nestle Plant in Chesterville.

Listen while John starts with the big picture of international trade and dials it down to our local startup market by introducing us to the following take-aways:

  1.      Learn how to import and export in the international startup trade market.
  2.      Learn how real-time product shipping and logistics work and how you can take advantage of this cost savings.
  3.      Learn how to tap into, and profit from, global start-up innovations by acquiring Canada Licensing rights through Canada’s Startup International Trade Hub.

John will present the details and provide an exclusive offer to participate in the Trade Hub so your startup products can get in the game by participating and profiting in a global start up and innovation Trade Hub.

This presentation is for businesses that produce products or are interested in doing so; entrepreneurs who understand the value of licensing international products and selling them here in Canada; and investors keen to reap the rewards of a winning product.
