Luis Aguirre-Torres
CEO and President of GreenMomentum Inc.
Ph.D. Luis Aguirre-Torres is the CEO and President of GreenMomentum Inc., a market intelligence and technological innovation company specializing in the cleantech industry in Latin America. Addtionally, he is the President of the Cleantech Challenge Mexico, the main green business accelerator in Mexico.
In 2012, he was the first Mexican to be named“Agent of Change” by the White House for his work promoting cultural, social and technological change in Mexico. Before founding GreenMomentum, he participated in the creation of diverse companies based in Israel and Silicon Valley, California; in each case, the company was financed with private capital and jointly they received more than 120 million dollars in investment.
