New capacities to attract and retain employees

"The new capacity of companies to attract and retain employees" is the focus of the Zoom event that "Public" organizes as part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week, and will take place on Wednesday, (15.11.2022), from 12 to 13.30.
The event will encourage a discussion about what an inclusive workplace means and what it is that builds a healthy organization in which the employee feels safe, heard, encouraged, valued, motivated.
It will also be discussed through the prism of the current needs of businesses, through concrete successful examples, bringing possible approaches that can make a difference in the operation of businesses.
