Family entrepreneurship

The panel discussion entitled "Family Entrepreneurship – the Foundation of Sustainability Across Generations" will be held on Thursday, 20 November 2025, at 12:00 on the faculty premises. Family businesses form the backbone of the economy, as they combine family and social values, tradition, and innovation. The aim of the panel is to analyse the specifics of managing family businesses and how to turn the family into the most powerful business tool, enabling the family business to remain competitive and adaptable to change.

The moderator of the panel discussion is Zorica Krželj Associate Professor at Faculty of Economics and Business.

The panel is intended for representatives of family businesses, entrepreneurs, students, pupils, and all those interested in the development of entrepreneurial culture. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear examples of good practice and exchange experiences with speakers from the business and education sectors.
