PAR Business Camp 2025

PAR Business Camp 2025 is a one-week interdisciplinary programme that will take place from 17 to 21 November 2025 at PAR University of Applied Sciences in Rijeka, Croatia. Organised during the Global Entrepreneurship Week, the camp will gather students, educators and professionals from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds for an intensive experience focused on entrepreneurship and innovation. Structured as an Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), the event is designed to promote cross-cultural collaboration, practical problem-solving and academic development through a combination of interactive workshops, mentorship sessions and project-based challenges. The programme is open to Bachelor’s and Master’s level students from all fields of study, with a required minimum of B2-level English proficiency to ensure active participation. Participants will engage with key themes such as strategic development, personal branding, neuromarketing and the management of remote and flexible teams in contemporary work environments. In addition to lectures and group work, the programme will include cultural visits and informal networking activities, offering a balanced international learning environment. Upon successful completion, students will be awarded 3 ECTS credits for their academic and project-related engagement. PAR Business Camp 2025 is a serious academic initiative aimed at equipping students with relevant entrepreneurial competencies, strengthening international cooperation and encouraging innovation across disciplines.
