Internal Auditing

Internal Auditing is a live online webinar on November 19, 2026 , from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM via Zoom. This will provide the participants with an understanding of the basic concepts, procedures, and practical applications of internal auditing. It emphasizes the importance of conducting regular internal audits to help protect company assets, identify potential fraud and irregularities, strengthen internal controls, and support effective and efficient business operations. The webinar is intended for individuals who want to learn about internal auditing, internal audit procedures and processes, and internal audit report preparation.

The webinar will cover topics including the definition and types of internal audits, internal and external audits, the advantages of internal auditing, the roles and responsibilities of internal auditors, the code of ethics, internal audit planning, and audit procedures. Participants will also explore internal control checklists covering areas such as cash, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, payroll, equipment, inventories, procurement, fixed assets, budgeting, computerization, financial and special reports, and company policies.
