YEA Connect

Guide & Grow – Establishing Meaningful Connections event is a networking and mentorship initiative designed to foster meaningful relationships between young entrepreneurs and experienced professionals. The event is scheduled for Friday, November 20, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at Harbour Club, Rodney Bay, Gros Islet, Saint Lucia.

The event will bring together approximately 10–15 YEA clients from each of the following sectors: Agriculture, Creative Industries, Beauty and Cosmetology, Food and Beverage, and Landscaping and Property Maintenance. This cross-sector representation will create opportunities for entrepreneurs to learn from diverse industry experiences, build strategic relationships, share innovative ideas, and identify potential partnerships. By connecting emerging entrepreneurs with experienced professionals and peers, YEA Connect: Guide & Grow seeks to encourage knowledge transfer, strengthen business capacity, and promote sustainable entrepreneurial growth.

The initiative aims to provide an intimate, supportive, and practical environment in which entrepreneurs can engage in meaningful discussions, share experiences, address common business challenges, and explore opportunities for collaboration and growth.
