Modernized Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (mPhilGEPS)

Modernized Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (mPhilGEPS) provides government procurement practitioners with the knowledge and practical skills needed to use the modernized electronic procurement system in managing the government procurement lifecycle. It focuses on the use of digital procurement tools to support efficient, transparent, accountable, and compliant procurement processes. Through discussions, system demonstrations, and hands-on activities, participants will learn how to navigate key mPhilGEPS modules and apply the system's functionalities to their procurement responsibilities.

This training covers procurement planning, Annual Procurement Plan–Common-Use Supplies and Equipment (APP-CSE) submission, Virtual Store and eMarketplace transactions, electronic bidding, contract management, and report generation. Participants will develop practical skills in managing procurement transactions from planning through contract implementation, using relevant system modules, generating reports, and following applicable government procurement policies and procedures. It is intended to help procurement practitioners improve their use of digital procurement tools and support more efficient and accountable procurement operations.
