Work Attitude and Value Enhancement (WAVE) Program

The Work Attitude and Value Enhancement (WAVE) Program, organized by BusinessCoach, Inc., will be conducted live via Zoom. The program aims to help participants discover their personal vision, mission, and values and assess their alignment with the organization's goals and corporate values. Through experiential learning activities, participants will reflect on their individual work value systems, understand their responsibilities to colleagues and their organizations, and recognize how work attitudes and values influence productivity, ethical decision-making, and organizational success.

The program will cover key topics, including values, philosophy, culture, and codes of ethics; terminal and instrumental values; work attitude; professional conduct; office relationships; dealing with difficult people in the workplace; office etiquette; and meeting etiquette. Participants will gain practical insights into developing appropriate work attitudes, applying effective strategies for workplace excellence, and strengthening professional relationships. The program is designed for managers, executives, and staff who want to contribute to their organization's strategic goals through positive work attitudes, strong professional values, and a commitment to excellence.
