Overview

This webinar will develop and enhance the participants’ abilities on employee recruitment, retention, employee development and improve the exercise of the respective HR functions as the immediate supervisors/managers. This fast-paced, highly interactive training program helps to identify your strengths as a manager and as a leader, and refine them for even greater effectiveness. Leadership is built on solid management skills. This foundation provides the essentials necessary for supporting and sustaining your HR management qualities and performances. Maintaining a balance between achieving results and developing your people is the key to successful management.

Objective

● To give a good overview of the functions and responsibilities of the HR department. The webinar also aims to teach some of the important legal aspects ranging from compensation and mandatory benefits to termination of employment.

Who Should Participate

● Managers who need to understand and apply HR systems, non-HR professionals who are responsible for HR activities; managers and professionals who are tasked with launching an HR department, HR professionals with less than five years of experience; and HR specialists who have limited generalist experience.

● Anyone who is involved in people management, deciding business strategies and activities, managing projects, or is otherwise responsible for delivering results within an organization, (e.g. CEO, CFO, manager, supervisors, etc). There are no prerequisites for this program.
