Policy Forum "Mario Raffa"

This is the first edition of the Policy Forum “Mario Raffa” organized by ECSB and supported by the Polytechnic School of the University of Naples Federico II. It will be devoted to build a permanent policy platform in which SMEs and start-ups, researchers and students (particularly in STEM disciplines), local institutions and government, intermediaries (incubators, accelerators, associations),and funding companies, can share ideas, projects, methodologies, best practices, and evaluations tosupport the development of a Sustainable and Responsible Research and Innovation context. Responsible Research and Innovation is a process of research and development in which innovatingactors and society are mutually responsive and together involved in producing innovations impactingpositively on the environment, economic development, and society as a whole.In this context, the topic of circularity assumes a fundamental role, and does refer only toenvironmental aspects, but instead involves ideas, needs, business models, policies and bestpractices referring to a sustainable and responsible innovation impacting on economy and society.
