Postive Leadership at the University for Peace

Experience this 3-day, face-to-face professional development seminar at the beautiful UN-mandated University for Peace campus, interacting closely with participants who have either travelled from abroad or live locally, and come from a varying array of professional backgrounds.  You will start by looking inward at your own well-being, strengths and limitations, then, project these values outward to bring the very best out in both your employees and colleagues.
