Schools Entrepreneurship Competition

The Seychelles Department of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development in collaboration with the Department responsible for Education and the Department responsible for Youth, are organizing a first ever Schools Entrepreneurship Competition for Primary, Secondary and Post-Secondary levels in line with the Global Entrepreneurship Week which will be celebrated from the 18th to the 24th November 2019.

For primary level, students will be submitting drawings, posters, paintings and illustrations which will be demonstrating the theme “Biznes le Fitir” or “Future Businesses”

For Secondary level, students will pitch their business ideas to a panel of judges on how they can make maximum returns on SRC 500.

For Post-Secondary level, students will pitch a business idea to a panel of judges on how they can solve a Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) with a new business idea.
