Schools Entrepreneurship Competition

The Seychelles Department of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development in collaboration with the Department responsible for Education and the Department responsible for Youth organised a first ever Schools Entrepreneurship Competition for Primary, Secondary and Post-Secondary levels in line with the Global Entrepreneurship Week .

For primary level, students submitted drawings, posters, paintings and illustrations which will be demonstrating the theme  “Future Businesses”

For Secondary level, students pitched their business ideas to a panel of judges on how they can make maximum returns on SRC 500.

For Post-Secondary level, students pitched a business idea to a panel of judges on how they can solve a Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) with a new business idea. 

The competition ran over a period of 3 months.
