Be Skilled in Microsoft Office

The Be Skilled in Microsoft Office session, held on 10/11/2025, helped students learn the essential computer skills needed for education and professional life. The program focused on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, teaching students how these tools can make their tasks easier, faster, and more professional.

At the start of the session, facilitators explained the basic functions of each Microsoft Office tool. Students were guided through formatting documents in Word, organizing data in Excel, and designing presentations in PowerPoint. This created a clear and well-structured learning environment.

As the session continued, students practiced solving common challenges such as creating tables, using formulas, designing slides, and formatting text. They learned practical techniques step-by-step to complete assignments more efficiently. The interaction was supportive, and students enjoyed working together while improving their digital skills.

Throughout the session, students actively typed, formatted, created slides, and entered data. Their participation, questions, and teamwork created an energetic and collaborative atmosphere. By the end, they gained confidence in using Microsoft Office tools for schoolwork and future job requirements.

The workshop aligned with the goal of helping learners become confident, creative, and independent users of digital tools, preparing them for future academic and professional challenges.
