Business Plan Preparation - FSSU Unit - group 2
Group 2 continues the mission of empowering Sri Lankan entrepreneurs by helping them develop solid, realistic business plans. Through guidance from the FSSU Unit, participants learn to refine their business ideas, understand market needs, and plan their financials effectively. This programme supports small business owners in building confident, well-structured paths toward sustainable growth within their local communities.
