CAKE AND COOKIES PRODUCTION WORKSHOP
The Cake and Cookies Production Workshop is a hands-on, in-person session designed for aspiring entrepreneurs and individuals interested in food production and small-scale business development. Conducted by W.T.M.T.M. Thennakon, Science & Technology Officer, the workshop will focus on practical techniques, production processes, and quality considerations involved in cake and cookie manufacturing. The session will be held at the Business Research & Development Centre, Industrial Zone (West), Makandura, Gonawila, and is expected to host 25–30 participants, offering an interactive learning experience with practical industry insights.
