Cheese & Yogurt Production Training for Dairy Entrepreneurs
In celebration of Industrial/Entrepreneurship Week, a special training programme on cheese and yogurt production was conducted on 25.11.2025 by the Thenmarachchi Vidatha Division for local dairy-based entrepreneurs. The District Vidatha Officer participated as the resource person and provided practical guidance on preparing cheese and yogurt using safe, hygienic methods. The programme aimed to strengthen dairy entrepreneurship and promote value-added production within the community.
