Creative Sparks Innovation

The Fraud & Scam Awareness session helped students understand how to protect themselves from common scams and dishonest activities that happen both online and offline. The workshop explained how scammers trick people through fake messages, phone calls, social media accounts, and too-good-to-be-true offers. Students learned to identify warning signs such as requests for personal information, pressure to act quickly, or promises of easy money. They were taught to verify sources, avoid sharing sensitive details, and report suspicious behavior immediately. The session also highlighted the importance of staying alert, thinking critically, and seeking help when unsure. By the end, students felt more confident about recognizing scams and keeping themselves and their families safe from fraud.
