Dehydration Technology & Value-Added Product Training Programme – World Science Day
In conjunction with World Science Day, a training programme on dehydration technology and value-added production was conducted on 11.11.2025 at the Ratnapura Divisional Secretariat. The session was organized by the Ratnapura Vidatha Resource Centre with the sponsorship of the Ratnapura “Nawamini” Institute. The programme aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge on modern dehydration techniques and guide them in producing value-added food products suitable for small-scale enterprise development.
