Dual Workshop: 1. Consumer Health & The Impact of Food Additives; 2. Commercial Vegetable & Fruit Dehydration
A combined session addressing two critical areas: 1. Health Awareness: The legal and health implications of using artificial food additives. 2. Technical Training: The technical process of commercial dehydration for vegetable and fruit value-added products. Impact: It equips food entrepreneurs to produce safer, healthier products (by reducing harmful additives) while simultaneously reducing post-harvest waste and creating profitable, shelf-stable goods via dehydration.
