EMPOWERING THE NEXT GEN OF ENTREPRENUERS - Guest Lecture
"Empowering the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs: HRM & AI as Catalysts for Innovation" was held in the 004 Lecture Hall.
The session featured Mr. Treasurex Melchior, who holds multiple titles including AI Coach & Trainer, Chartered HR Professional, and CEO of Pulseshift (Pvt) Ltd. Mr. Melchior led an inspiring discussion that explored how Human Resource Management (HRM) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are reshaping the future of entrepreneurship.
The event was designed to help attendees delve into the skills, mindset, and innovative thinking necessary to thrive in an era where technology and human capital drive business forward.
