Entrepreneurial Mindset in Teen

Future leaders begin with an entrepreneurial mindset!

The Entrepreneurial Mindset in Teens session, held on 06 November 2025 as part of GEW 2025, aimed to inspire students to adopt a forward-thinking and opportunity-focused mindset from an early age. Organized by ICST University, the session encouraged teenagers to think independently, take initiative, and understand their potential to create solutions that positively impact their communities.

Students were introduced to the key qualities that shape successful entrepreneurs, such as creativity, resilience, leadership, problem-solving, and goal-setting. Through real-world examples and guided discussions, participants reflected on their own strengths and learned how entrepreneurial thinking can be applied in academics, daily decision-making, and future career paths. The session emphasized the importance of stepping out of comfort zones, building confidence, and developing a growth mindset.

Facilitators explained how entrepreneurship goes beyond starting a business—it involves recognizing opportunities, analyzing challenges, and taking meaningful action. Students engaged in interactive activities, idea-sharing discussions, and explored stories of young innovators who transformed small ideas into impactful projects. This helped them understand that age is never a barrier to making a difference.

By the end of the session, students demonstrated improved confidence, clearer understanding of entrepreneurial qualities, and stronger motivation to explore new possibilities. They learned to welcome mistakes as part of growth, approach challenges with creativity, and believe in their potential to become future innovators and change-makers. The session successfully nurtured leadership, teamwork, and proactive thinking among participants.
