Ideaforge

“Ideaforge ’25” is an innovative and educational initiative organized by the Leo Club of Trincomalee Heroes to inspire and empower youth through a focused session on creativity, entrepreneurship, and idea development. This project aims to guide young individuals in understanding how to transform their ideas into meaningful projects by providing practical knowledge, real-life examples, and expert insights delivered by the resource person, Mr. Niroshan Thiyagarajah, an experienced entrepreneur and industry professional. The session will cover the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, step-by-step processes for starting a project or venture, and common challenges faced by innovators along with effective solutions. Conducted as an accessible online program, Ideaforge ’25 provides a platform for participants to learn, engage, and gain confidence to pursue innovative paths. By creating this learning environment, the project contributes to building a more skilled, motivated, and forward-thinking youth community.
