Kurakkan Flour, Rice Flour & Banana Cake Production Training Programme
A practical training programme on preparing kurakkan flour cake, rice flour cake, and banana cake was conducted on 07.11.2025 as part of the Training Programmes category. The session was held in the Uyanwatta North Grama Niladhari Division, Matara Kadawaththa. Sixteen participants took part in the programme, gaining hands-on experience in measuring ingredients, mixing techniques, baking methods, and product consistency.
